Provide leadership to preserve, protect, and continuously enhance property values

  • Administer and enforce the building restrictions, protective covenants, and bylaws;
Promote a safe and secure environment to raise our families
  • Enhance the safety of residents and visitors

  • Promote pride and identity in Brighton Ridge by defining “Brighton Ridge the Brand"
  • Increase community interactions: facilitate and enhance communication among neighbors that do not live on the same block
