Nearly 60 percent of locate requests are now entered directly online with no time waiting on hold for a call center agent during peak periods.

JULIE received and processed a record 1.55 million underground utility locate requests in 2016.  The Joliet-based, not-for-profit, notification system reached another milestone by distributing more than 9.1 million requests to its 1,914 utility members.  Compared to the previous year, these totals represent increases of 1.3% and 0.9%, respectively.
